1. Agency Registration

• Eligibility: Agencies must be legally registered entities and provide valid business credentials upon registration.
• Registration Process: To become an approved agency, you must complete our agency registration form and provide all required documentation. Approval is subject to our review and discretion.

2. Agency Responsibilities

• Compliance: Agencies must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to advertising standards, privacy laws, and consumer protection laws.
• Representation: Agencies must accurately represent Zylune’s products and services. Misleading or false representations are strictly prohibited.
• Confidentiality: Agencies must maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information provided by Zyluneand may not disclose such information to third parties without prior written consent.

3. Marketing and Advertising

• Brand Guidelines: Agencies must adhere to Zylune’s brand guidelines when creating and distributing marketing materials.
• Approval: All marketing and advertising materials must be reviewed and approved by Zyluneprior to distribution.
• Ethical Practices: Agencies must engage in ethical marketing practices and avoid deceptive or unfair marketing tactics.

4. Compensation and Payment

• Commission Structure: Agencies will receive a commission based on the agreed-upon terms for sales generated through their efforts.
• Payment Terms: Commissions will be paid on a monthly basis, subject to the receipt of accurate and complete sales reports.
• Disputes: Any disputes regarding commission payments must be reported within 30 days of the payment date. Disputes will be reviewed and resolved by Zylune.

5. Termination

• Termination by Agency: Agencies may terminate their relationship with Zyluneby providing written notice 30 days in advance.
• Termination by Zylune: Zylunereserves the right to terminate the agency relationship at any time for breach of this policy, unethical behavior, or any actions deemed detrimental to Zylune’s interests.
• Post-Termination: Upon termination, the agency must cease all use of Zylune’s branding and return any proprietary materials.

6. Dispute Resolution

• Good Faith Efforts: Both parties agree to resolve any disputes arising under this policy through good faith negotiations.
• Mediation/Arbitration: If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it may be submitted to mediation or arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed-upon arbitration organization.

7. Amendments

Zylune reserves the right to amend this Agency Policy at any time. Agencies will be notified of any changes, and continued participation as an agency will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
